رؤى رئيسية:
- Binance news brings physically settled options on over 1,000 US stocks and ETFs.
- Eligible non-US users can trade calls and puts, with losses capped at premiums.
- Nest introduces orders, while Alpaca handles execution, settlement, and custody.
Binance news is extending the exchange’s traditional market reach. It now offers physically settled options linked to over 1,000 selected US stocks and ETFs. The contracts are available to eligible users outside the United States. Customers can trade calls and puts, and exercised positions deliver the underlying shares rather than a cash payment.
The launch adds equity options to Binance’s existing lineup of crypto products, bStocks and equity-linked perpetual futures. It also builds on access to more than 7,000 US stocks and ETFs. Unlike crypto ETFs, the new instruments grant contractual rights tied to individual shares or funds that are exercisable upon exercise.

Binance News Expands Access to US Equity Options Trading
ال latest Binance news offering runs through Nest Trading Limited, a broker-dealer regulated by Abu Dhabi Global Market. Nest introduces customer orders to Alpaca Securities or Alpaca Clearing. Alpaca then executes, clears, and settles each trade. It also keeps the resulting shares in custody after exercise.
This structure separates Binance’s customer interface from the regulated US brokerage infrastructure supporting the products. The options are unavailable to US users. Eligible retail customers must complete the platform’s onboarding and compliance checks. Binance also plans education and risk disclosures under its ADGM framework.
The first phase supports long-only positions and limit orders. Buyers can purchase calls for upside exposure or puts for downside protection. Their maximum loss cannot exceed the premium paid. That limit does not eliminate risk, since options may expire worthless if the expected move does not occur.
During the opening phase, users cannot write uncovered contracts under the long-only model. This keeps buyer exposure defined by the premium paid.
How Physical Settlement Delivers Underlying Shares?
Physical settlement changes what happens at expiry. An exercised call transfers the relevant shares to the buyer’s account. An exercised put can require delivery of shares under the contract terms. The assets remain in Alpaca’s custody service rather than automatically converting to cash.
The service does not change ownership until an exercise request completes. Users may submit those requests until 30 minutes before expiry. That deadline gives customers a defined window to act before contracts lapse. Limit orders also allow buyers to set their maximum entry price, though execution depends on market liquidity.
The arrangement differs from cash-settled derivatives, which pay the contract’s value without transferring securities. It also separates these products from crypto ETFs, which package digital-asset exposure inside exchange-traded funds. Here, settlement centers on the listed stock or ETF named by each option.
Binance News Tracks Rapid Growth in TradFi Trading Volumes
Binance news arrives after sharp growth in the platform’s traditional finance derivatives. TradFi perpetual futures volume reached about $433.4 billion in August. That figure compares with $29.5 billion in January. Equity-linked perpetuals accounted for roughly 79% of August volume, totaling $342.9 billion, compared with only $410.9 million in January.
The expansion gives active users another route into traditional markets without opening a separate trading account. Stocks, options, and crypto products now sit within a broader product menu. Still, each instrument carries distinct settlement, custody, and regulatory rules.
Binance received more than $15.7 billion in exchange inflows during August, according to Binance Research. The company said that represented over 75% of centralized exchange flows. Bitcoin’s monthly advance also brought trading capital back after earlier declines in spot and perpetual activity.
The Binance news release says more option listings will follow as the platform expands. Nest will continue introducing orders, while Alpaca manages execution, settlement, and custody. Users will receive the compliance materials and product disclosures required under the regulated structure.
