मुख्य जानकारी

  • X news centers on a crypto manipulation lawsuit alleging a £207K crypto scam.
  • The firm says six principal accounts used repeated posts and engagement.
  • The company seeks repayment, damages, and costs after suspending the accounts.

X has taken two named defendants and unidentified account operators to the UK High Court over alleged creator revenue fraud. X Internet Unlimited Company and X Corp. accuse Vivek Kumar Sen and Zamyang Sherpa of coordinating accounts to manipulate engagement.

The filing says the alleged network received at least £207,384 through X’s Creator Revenue Sharing Program. X also estimates investigation and remediation expenses at £75,000 or more. The claims remain allegations and have not become judicial findings.

X News Details Crypto Manipulation and Crypto Scam Claims

According to the complaint, X alleges the defendants operated several accounts as one coordinated network. Their alleged purpose involved increasing engagement metrics and generating revenue-sharing payments.

The filing says participants repeatedly liked, reposted, and interacted with content from connected accounts. X alleges those actions created an artificial appearance of independent human engagement.

Additionally, the complaint says several accounts published substantially similar or identical posts. Some near-duplicate posts allegedly appeared only seconds apart.

X identifies six principal accounts in the filing. They are @Vivek4real_, @Bitcoin_Teddy, @saylordocs, @TrendingBitcoin, @Kalshibacktest, and @PolyBackTest.

The filing links the first three primarily to Vivek Kumar Sen through associated Stripe information. Meanwhile, it connects the latter three primarily to Zamyang Sherpa.

X also alleges the network used multiple accounts to reduce the effect of platform enforcement. Under that structure, other accounts could keep generating payments if X restricted one account.

Court Filing Lists Examples of Coordinated Activity

The complaint provides several examples supporting X’s crypto manipulation allegations. On October 10, 2025, @TrendingBitcoin and @saylordocs allegedly posted identical material within two minutes.

Moreover, X says four accounts published the same phrase and image within minutes on November 3. The filing presents those posts as examples of coordinated engagement activity.

Another example involves activity on August 13, 2026. X alleges @Vivek4real_, @saylordocs, and @Bitcoin_Teddy replied to the same X post within 31 seconds.

Separately, the complaint says @saylordocs and @PolyBackTest published identical material within minutes on April 20. X also documents matching posts across several dates during July and August.

Notably, X alleges @Vivek4real_ and @TrendingBitcoin published substantially similar content within 11 seconds on August 5. The filing also names @BTC_Vibes, @MrSuperBitcoin, and @Laserlump as additional accounts connected to alleged coordinated engagement.

X says the wider activity included likes, replies, and reposts intended to increase engagement across the network. The company alleges those interactions contributed to revenue payments.

Against that activity, X says the crypto scam obtained at least £207,384 from its Creator Revenue Sharing Program. Earlier sections of the complaint describe alleged payouts exceeding £207,000 through manufactured engagement.

Additionally, X estimates its investigation, analysis, remediation, and prevention costs at no less than £75,000. The company seeks recovery of the payments alongside damages, interest, and legal expenses.

Coordinated engagement inflation, duplicate content, and manipulation through multiple accounts are against X policies. They also restrict artificial amplification through likes, reposts, and other engagement tools.

Meanwhile, X says it suspended the defendants’ accounts on August 18, 2026, for alleged coordinated revenue-sharing fraud and platform manipulation.

The complaint seeks repayment of the disputed funds, damages, and equitable compensation. X also requests restitutionary compensation, interest, court costs, and any additional relief granted by the High Court.
