That recovery returned Strategy stock above $163.50 and kept price action near the session’s upper range. Meanwhile, the $164.00 to $164.80 area formed the immediate resistance zone.

A sustained move above $164.80 would place $165.00 as the next nearby level. On the downside, $163.00 represented the first nearby support.

The earlier $161.50 to $162.00 area also marked a stronger intraday support zone. These levels frame the reported October 5 price action.

Additionally, $22.2 million of the repurchases was funded by interest earned on cash and short-term investments. Strategy also reported $73.7 million in STRC repurchases funded through U.S. dollar cash.

As a result, $547.2 million remained available under the preferred stock repurchase program. That figure applied as of October 4, 2026.

Meanwhile, Strategy had $620.9 million available under the same program as of September 30. The company also retained $1 billion under its MSTR stock repurchase program.

That MSTR repurchase authorization remained available on both September 30 and October 4. These capital allocation figures accompanied the latest Bitcoin acquisition.
